Welcome the return of “American Scream”. This saison brewed with a healthy dose of raspberries comes across as semi-dry, lightly tart and juicy with a light mouthfeel. Sensory experiences may include, but are not limited to: raspberry, bubblegum, fruit loops, sweet citrus, and maybe peach? “American Scream” is a mixed yeast fermentation, small batch limited release.

Googly Eyes Hazy DIPA

8.5% ABV // 6 SRM

Once a year we allow our typically laser focused brewer eyes to get a little Googly and pull out all the stops on a big, hazy DIPA. This year’s Googly is double dry-hopped with dense layers of Cryo Fresh Krush complimented with a generous knockout addition of Cryo Citra (not to mention the Mosaic). The result is a rich, overripe citrus profile that is equal parts sweet and juicy with undertones of vanilla and apricot. An intense but balanced drinking experience with low bitterness and very slight alcohol warmth to keep your eyes wide-open and extra googly.

Stone Fruit Sundae

Collaboration w/ Camp Beer Co. Langley, BC

Exciting and bold. This fruited sour produced in collaboration with our friends at Camp Beer Co. out of Langley, British Columbia pushes all the envelopes. Featuring the more expectable stone fruit juggernaut: Peach; as well as delicate hints of perhaps the most overlooked stone fruit of them all: coconut. We then topped it off with just a whisper of Madagascar Vanilla. Deceptively light. A real exotic quencher.

Vanilla Emissary Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout

10.1% ABV // 40 SRM

Our 2025 release of Bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout. This special release is an intense sensory experience thanks to 12 months of slumber in freshly emptied Woodinville Whiskey barrels and additional aging on bourbon vanilla beans from Madagascar. Waves of oak and dark cocoa with Coca-cola complexity.

Doglost Pilsner

5.1% ABV // 35 IBU // 3 SRM

Consider your thirst as good as vanquished. Brewed with exceptional care, using German pilsner malt and noble hops. This radiant elixir strikes the perfect balance between dry and sweet. Bright, floral, and above all, harmonious. A prime example of the classic bready malt character and supreme crispness for which the pilsner style is well loved.
