Vivid hop character without being punishing. Vital and crisp. Featuring 300 lbs. of whole cone fresh hops from Roy Farms of Yakima Washington.

Nectaron Single EyePA

A showcase of the emerging, New Zealand grown “Nectaron” hop. The only hop used in this one-off brew, we can confirm that Nectaron is as tropical and aromatically complex as it gets. We’re getting an aroma like a bowl of Froot Loops doused in fresh orange Julius. An extra smooth and rich drinking experience with barley and spelt malts acting as the springboard for the new peachy, pineapple-forward hops.

Brewed to celebrate Steve, local farmer and notable Australian who has picked up our spent grain to feed his cattle for so-long-we-don’t-even-remember-how-many years. A pale lager with Australian Galaxy hops that’s extra pale and extra crispy. Perfect for outdoor activities, and we like to think thirst quenching enough to stand up to a summer in Australia. Drinks quick and finishes dry with loads of white grape flavor and aroma. G’day mate!

Woodinville Whiskey Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout
Collaboration w/ Woodinville Whiskey, Woodinville, WA

A rich imperial stout aged 10 months in freshly emptied Woodinville Bourbon Whiskey barrels. A massive grist consisting of our favorite 2-row North American barley alongside copious amounts of English kilned roasted barley, chocolate malt, and double roasted crystal. Immediately you can smell the oak barrel wood before diving deeper into apricot, dried cranberry and heaps of baker’s chocolate to go with the unmistakable bourbon character. Color of the darkest black coffee. A truly decadent sipper.
